Break the map
School for Rebels
Funky, fearless art workshops for kids, teens & grown-ups — where the rules get questioned and the crayons fight back.
Where to start
Born from a
nomad's life.
The Rebel Nomad began with Nadine Lama — a Palestinian art educator who's spent 26 years teaching young minds to see design everywhere. It isn't just a school. It's a movement.
"Design isn't something we teach — it's everywhere, in everything we touch, see and feel."

Empowering young minds
to break boundaries
Where boundaries are meant to be broken
The Rebel Nomad emerged from Nadine's desire to break traditional creative boundaries. Having navigated life across geographies — Palestine, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UK, and now Dubai — she understands that true creativity lives where rules are questioned and norms are challenged.
"Children and teens have an innate ability to see beyond limitations," she says. "Our job isn't to instruct them — it's to unleash them."
We believe creative thinking is design thinking. When young minds learn to break boundaries with purpose, they become more than artists — they become visionaries.
We don't follow the map. We redraw it.
The rebel code
Question everything
We nurture rebels with purpose — kids who ask "why not?" and then go make it.
See differently
Design lives in architecture, fashion, food, the street. We teach kids to spot it everywhere.
Make boldly
The most powerful design tool isn't software or pencils — it's a unique point of view.
